Authors are invited to submit a full-length paper of total length (including all text, tables, figures and references) of minimum 6 pages and not more than 8 pages to: zm.2022@neu.edu.tr by 30th April 2022. Paper must comply in structure and layout with given instructions.
Papers will be reviewed by the International Advisory Board of the conference. The accepted papers will be published in Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering Springer, Indexed in SCOPUS as a conference proceedings book.
